Hi.

I suspect I'm doing something non standard enough that it just won't work but. I wonder if I could have some help or advice.

I'm trying to install the imoen romance mod on the ios version of BG2EE via a Mac (yep basically the worst setup for non standard kit.)

I've got all the required files for the mod and a copy of weidu running to do the install but I get this when I run it.

ERROR Installing [Imoen NPC Romance Mod for BG2:SoA TOB (3.9 Version!)], rolling back to previous state
Will uninstall 109 files for [IMOENROMANCE/SETUP-IMOENROMANCE.TP2] component 0.
Uninstalled 109 files for [IMOENROMANCE/SETUP-IMOENROMANCE.TP2] component 0.
/bin/sh: imoenRomancebatuninstall.bat: command not found
ERROR: Failure("No rule to identify EET")
PLEASE email the file SETUP-IMOENROMANCE.DEBUG to Israel Blargh, vanatos, T.C Dale
Using Language [American English]

Happy to send over the files if they'd be useful. It may well be that this is a lost cause but would be great to be able to play with the mod on the go.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Cheers

I was able to fix this issue.

The issue comes about because most forums suggest using a version of WeiDu for OS X that's out of date.

It doesn't seem to know about the existence of EET so any reference to eet needs to be stirpped from the .tp2 file

It's pretty simple to do just open the tp2 file in a text editor then find all instances of eet and remove.

Because I've never written a tp2 file I wasn't sure how to remove the first ACTION_IF which references an eet version so I just replaced the whole section with the else statement:

ACTION_IF (GAME_IS ~soa tob bgt~) BEGIN
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_1 = 1
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_2 = 2
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_3 = 3
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_4 = 4
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_5 = 5
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_6 = 6
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_7 = 7
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_8 = 8
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_9 = 9
OUTER_SET bg2_chapter_10 = 10
END

Hope that helps someone.

Cheers
